Whitney Port is enjoying a little R&R down in Miami, Florida…. yeah… jealous! I want some fun in the sun! Anyhow, she was with some random guy and we can’t figure out who he is…. but the highlight of her day in the water was when she lost her bikini top. Oops! It’s all good… it’s happens to the best of us, right?
